Payments

Delivery and Carriage Costs
For UK orders, we generally aim to fulfil your order as soon as possible
Delivery is 3 – 14 days on all products we will call and advise you the date of delivery shortly after your order normally the next day, The driver will call you on this date 30mins – 1 hour before delivery
If there is likely to be a problem with access please inform us by telephone at the time of order.
delivery is charged at £29.99 per complete order for worktops

On Site
A responsible person will be required to sign for and inspect the goods on arrival. Goods will not be left without a signature.
If goods are signed for as “unchecked” no claim can be entered into
Please ensure an able bodied assistant is available to receive the goods and can be accommodated
If a delivery is made to an address and no one is available to accept delivery we reserve the right to charge for any incurred additional
delivery charges either to the delivery address or back to our warehouse.
Goods must be inspected on delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called by telephone with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Offers
Any offers we offer are of a limited period and apply between the dates shown, offers are only applicable with the folllowing conditions, the customer has purchased kitchen cabinets with or without appliances to or above the value of £3000.00 (this value does not include labour)and payment has cleared within the offer period, we have the right to end or extend any offers within or after offer dates than the specified date, we have the right to cancel any offers, in the case of a refund or part refund has been given any offers gained will no longer be applicable.

Tax Charges
In accordance with UK tax law, UK Value Added Tax at 17.5% will be charged where the delivery is to an address within the United Kingdom . The prices shown on this site include VAT at 17.5%

Returns & Refund Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction or your money back If your product is faulty contact us within 7 days of receipt by phone or email.
for a refund on over ordered products there will be a re stock handling fee of 25% per item for returned goods, if collected there will be a handling fee not exceeding £50.00.depending on circumstances. the returned product must be in the original packaging and all parts accounted for for a refund
